Share cards
Turn any stat card into a polished image for social, sized and styled your way.
Share cards turn the numbers you see in trackmyprop into a clean image you can post anywhere — a funded milestone, a strong month, a payout.
Share a card
- Choose Share in the header, next to Sync.
- Cards that can be shared light up. Pick one.
- The share window opens with a live preview of the finished image.
- Choose Copy image, Save image, or Share to send it out.
The image is built from the numbers on the card at the moment you picked it, so what you saw is what you share.
The header Share action appears only on pages that currently contain supported shareable cards. Pages without a share workflow do not show a disabled Share button.
Share a single trade
Any completed trade can become its own card — the setup, the result, nothing else.
- Open Journal → Trades (or the Recent trades table in the Trade journal).
- Choose the share action in the trade's Actions column.
- The share window opens with the trade drawn as a card: symbol, direction, date, size, entry and exit, duration, and the realized net P&L with its commissions and fees noted. When the trade has a stop loss recorded, the R-multiple appears too.
Choose what stays visible
A Privacy section appears for trade cards with a switch for each sensitive detail:
- Position size
- Entry and exit prices
- Net P&L
- Account name
Everything you switch off disappears from the preview and the exported image. The account name is off by default and is never remembered between shares — revealing it is a deliberate choice you make each time. The other switches also reset to safe defaults with every new share.
Share your monthly P&L calendar
The Monthly view in your journal can be shared as a full calendar image — one cell per day, the month's net P&L on top.
- Open Journal → Trades → Monthly and flip to the month you want.
- Choose Share in the header, then pick the calendar.
- Style and export it like any other card.
Every trading day shows its net P&L and trade count — a green tint for winning days, red for losing days, a quiet neutral tone for breakeven days. The + and − signs are always drawn, so results stay readable even without color. Weekdays without trades carry a small dash, weekends stay quiet, and days that haven't happened yet get a dotted outline. Big numbers shorten cleanly ("+$12.3k") so cells never overflow, and a bottom strip sums up trades, win rate, and winning and losing days. Win rate leaves breakevens out and shows — when the month has no winning or losing trade.
The calendar respects the same account scope, symbol filters, and timezone as the Monthly view itself — what you see in the app is exactly what exports. In the Wide format the summary sits beside the grid; Square, Portrait, and Story stack it on top. A month with no trades still exports as a clean, deliberately empty calendar.
Make it yours
Everything on the right side of the share window changes the image live:
- Format — the shape of the image: Square (1:1), Portrait (4:5), Story (9:16), or Wide (16:9). Pick the one that fits where you're posting.
- Resolution — the exact pixel size of the exported file. Each format offers three sizes; the middle one is right for most feeds, the largest is for print-sharp posts.
- Theme — twelve backdrop colors, from quiet Paper and Ink to bolder colors and two gradients (Aurora and Dusk).
- Pattern — a subtle texture behind the card: ledger lines, grid, dots, hatching, waves, crosses, rings, scattered brand marks, or plain.
- Card — the card's own color: white, bone, ink, midnight, Clear glass, Frosted glass, or Smoked glass. Clear glass adapts against the selected theme; Frosted and Smoked let you choose the lighter or darker translucent treatment directly.
- Caption — one line in your own words ("Funded in 12 days"). It uses the fixed footer and never shrinks the card above it.
- Promo code — an optional code placed in the footer beside your identity.
- QR link — for image-only cards, add any valid web link as a clean QR in the bottom-right corner. Cards with public verification use their verification link instead.
- Profile — signs the left side of the footer with your name and avatar.
- Brand mark — shows or hides the trackmyprop logo.
Your style choices are remembered for next time. Caption, promo code, and QR link start fresh with every share. Captions and promo codes stay centered on the image; your profile moves to the left when it shares the footer, or centers itself when it is the only footer content. In a shorter window, the settings column scrolls independently with a soft edge fade while the full preview and export actions stay visible.
Share Trade journal insights
Open Journal → Trade journal, then choose Share in the header. Every performance card can be selected, including the five headline metrics, P&L calendar, evaluation, daily and cumulative P&L, track Score, drawdown, trade-time and duration performance, equity, and the weekday, month, and instrument breakdowns.
The five headline statistics and individual Trade cards can use optional verification links. Charts, calendars, and evaluation stay image-only because their full visual detail cannot yet be reproduced on the public verification page.
Evaluation cards adapt to the format you choose. Long timezone names, currency values, fee percentages, streaks, ratios, and best/worst-day figures reflow inside the card so the preview and exported image keep the same complete information.
Shared Evaluation cards use the same period-start equity evidence as the on-screen card and keep unavailable ratio rows explicit. track Score cannot be shared when that evidence is incomplete or spans different currencies; trackmyprop never fills the gap with today's balance or an assumed exchange rate.
Share the Economic calendar
Open Tools → Economic Calendar and choose Share in the header. A period chooser appears above the calendar: pick Entire week or one day. The share image uses the current filters, timezone, and 12/24-hour preference. Day cards list their matching events; week cards group the filtered schedule by day and summarize impact counts.
Publish a verification link
A screenshot can be edited after you post it. A verification link publishes an immutable snapshot of exactly what your card says to a public trackmyprop page and adds a clean QR code at the bottom right of the image. Anyone who scans it sees the same published numbers on trackmyprop.app. The QR carries only the link and never compresses the card content above it.
Publishing is optional. Nothing becomes public unless you choose it, and ordinary image exports continue to work offline without a link.
- Choose Publish verification link… under Verification.
- Review the exact fields that will become public. Hidden fields stay hidden on the public page.
- Choose no expiry or an expiry of 7, 30, or 90 days.
- Choose Publish publicly.
The Verification section lets you copy or revoke the link later. If the card changes, new exports omit the old QR until you republish the current snapshot.
Anyone can open or scan an active verification link without signing in. If the link expires or you revoke it, the public page stops showing the snapshot. Revoking cannot be undone; publish the card again when you need a fresh link.
If verification links are temporarily unavailable, the share window keeps your image private and lets you retry. You can still copy, save, or share the image without publishing it. The share window scrolls its settings when space is tight while keeping the close control and image actions visible.
If a verification link does not open
- Open the exact link shown under Verification or scan the QR again. A shortened, mistyped, or cropped link cannot be recovered.
- No verification found means no published snapshot exists at that exact address. Return to the original card and publish a fresh link.
- Link expired or Link revoked means the old snapshot is deliberately private. Publish again when you want a new public link.
- Temporarily unavailable means the verification service could not complete the lookup. Wait a moment and reload; your ordinary image export is unaffected.
After Publish publicly succeeds, the link shown in the share window and the QR on the exported image are the same address. If a newly published link still shows No verification found, retry once and use Report this page on the public page if it continues.
The public page says the snapshot was published via trackmyprop at a stated time. It does not claim that trackmyprop, a broker, or a prop firm independently audited the result.
Older public share links
The older public share links (trackmyprop.app/s/…) are retired. Opening one shows "This share link has been retired." Verification links (trackmyprop.app/verify/…) are not affected; publish a verification link when you want a public page.
