Customize Overview

Choose the widgets, sizes, and arrangement that suit your trading routine.

Overview brings your performance, challenges, trading activity, and journal into one place. Choose the widgets you want to see and arrange them around your daily routine.

The greeting follows your computer's local time and uses your profile name and photo.

Add widgets

  1. Open Overview, then choose Customize in the page header.
  2. Choose Add widgets to open the widget library.
  3. Search by name or description, or choose a category: Performance, Challenges, Trading, Journal, or Markets.
  4. Choose Add beside a widget. Widgets already on your Overview show Added.
  5. Close the library to arrange your widgets, then choose Done when finished.

The library includes performance summaries, challenge and account lists, recent trades, notes, activity, and the economic calendar. Each widget can appear once on your Overview.

Widgets never show an unknown value as zero. An account whose balance is unknown shows — in the trading accounts card and the account switcher. Recent trades lists a trade still in its quote currency in that currency, labelled unconverted, and leaves it out of totals. Win rate shows — when a period has no winning or losing trade. The P&L calendar uses the same challenge costs as the Performance (ROI) card.

Arrange and resize

Widgets sit in rows. Each row spans the full width of Overview, and every widget in a row shares the same height, so cards always line up with no gaps.

While customizing, drag a widget to move it:

  • Drop it inside a row to add it there. The row shares its width between its widgets.
  • Drop it on a row's top or bottom edge, or in the space between rows, to give it a row of its own.
  • A row can hold up to four widgets. If a row has no room left, it shows Row is full and the widget stays where you last had a valid spot.

Use the drag handle on Pinned challenges so you can still work with its cards.

To resize:

  • Drag the divider between two widgets to give one more width and the other less.
  • Drag a row's bottom edge, or choose Size → Row height, to make the whole row Small, Compact, Standard, or Tall. A row only offers heights that fit every widget in it.

Taller lists show more entries. Their View all footer stays visible, and you can scroll within a card if its content needs more room.

The Economic calendar opens near the Now marker. Scroll inside it to browse earlier and upcoming events from this week's feed. Tall height shows more events at once; both heights keep the full list available and the Open calendar footer visible. You can also focus the event list with Tab and use the arrow or Page Up / Page Down keys to scroll.

Activity keeps its three category histories at both heights. Tall adds a chart of total events over time. Its View activity footer stays visible.

When the window gets narrower, for example when a detail sheet opens or the sidebar widens, widgets keep a readable width. A row that runs out of space wraps: three widgets keep the largest one at full height beside the other two, and larger rows split into even lines. Your rows come back as soon as there is room again.

For keyboard controls, focus the widget's move control, then use:

  • Left/Right to move it within its row.
  • Up/Down to move it to the row above or below. If that row is full, it gets a row of its own.
  • Shift + Left/Right to change its width.
  • Shift + Up/Down to change its row's height.
  • Delete to remove it.

Press Escape during a drag or resize to cancel that adjustment.

Remove, undo, or reset

Choose Size → Remove widget to take a card off your Overview. The rest of its row fills the width. This changes your layout only; it does not delete trading data. Add the widget again from the library whenever you need it; it starts a new row at the end of your Overview.

Use Undo and Redo in the header to step through recent layout changes, including additions, removals, moves, and resizes.

To start again, choose More layout options → Reset layout…, then confirm Reset layout. This restores the default widgets, rows, widths, and heights. You can undo the reset while your layout history is available.

Saving your layout

Changes save automatically. The header shows Saving… while a change is being saved and Saved when it is complete. Done leaves customization; you do not need a separate save step.

If the header shows Not saved, choose Retry. Your arrangement remains on screen while you retry, and the retry action is still available after leaving customization.

Read the performance card

The Performance widget switches between ROI, Net, and Pass rate. Choose a metric from the vertical selector on the left. With the selector focused, use Up and Down to switch metrics, or Home and End to jump to the first or last one.

A small line under the number shows your net result over time, so you can see at a glance whether it is rising or falling. It stays the same whichever metric you choose.

Invested and payouts each sit on one line below, with challenge counts in the footer at both Compact and Standard sizes. Click any of these four figures to see what it counts. Hover or focus ROI to see how return on investment is worked out, including any expenses that aren't linked to a challenge and are left out of ROI and Net.

When a total is too long for the card's width, it is shortened, for example to $23.4m; click it to see the exact amount. On the narrowest cards, labels move above their numbers in both rows.

If a widget's data can't load, the widget says so instead of looking empty. Open its page from the footer to try again.

Money totals use the selected Overview period:

  • Invested includes recorded challenge fees and expenses.
  • Payouts is the total recorded payouts received.
  • Net is payouts minus invested costs.
  • ROI is net divided by invested costs, expressed as a percentage.

Challenge status uses the full challenge history for the selected accounts, independent of the period. Challenges counts active evaluations; Funded counts funded accounts. Pass rate is the share of resolved evaluations that reached funded, the same rule Prop Firm Journey › Analytics uses. A funded account you breached later still counts as a pass, because you passed the evaluation. Evaluations still in progress and instant-funding challenges are left out. If none are resolved, the card says No resolved challenges yet.

The separate money summary widgets follow the same period, while challenge count and outcome widgets use the same full challenge history.

Read the activity card

The Activity widget groups your events into Trades, Notes, and Other. Other includes account, transaction, and connection activity.

Choose 8w, 16w, or All to see the last eight calendar weeks, last sixteen calendar weeks, or your full activity history. The date caption shows the exact range; the current week may be incomplete. Long histories group adjacent weeks into wider periods, with a label such as 2-week activity.

Each category has a row of matching time periods and an exact total. Stronger color means more activity within that category. Use the numbers to compare categories, because each row has its own color scale.

Select a period in any row to see its event total, category counts, and active days together. At Tall height, selecting a bar in the total-events chart does the same thing. Choose Clear week or Clear period, or press Escape, to return to the whole range.

Hover or focus a period for its dates and exact count. With the history focused, use Left/Right to move through time, Up/Down to move between categories, and Home/End to reach the first or last period. Enter or Space selects the focused period. Choose View activity to open the full Activity page.
