The statement is created entirely on your device. Your financial records are never uploaded to create the PDF.
What the statement includes
Rows come from the same records the Transactions table shows, using the same math:
- Challenge fees — every challenge fee dated inside the period.
- Activation fees — counted once a challenge reaches Funded, whether it is currently active or inactive. They are listed as their own row so the itemized rows always add up to the totals.
- Expenses — costs linked to a challenge and standalone expenses. Recurring cost reminders only appear after you confirm them into real expenses.
- Payouts — every payout dated inside the period, including payouts that have not been linked to a challenge. A refunded fee that you recorded as a payout counts as a payout.
Each row is included by its own date. A payout received in March belongs to a March statement even when its challenge fee was paid in January.
Net result = payouts − expenses.
Deleted entries are never included. Entries linked to an account you later archived or removed stay in the statement — the ledger keeps your history.
Privacy options
- Trader name — show a name on the statement, or leave it off. You can edit the name before exporting.
- Account numbers — hide the account column entirely for a shareable version.
- Currency code — write amounts as
USD 1,234.56instead of$1,234.56, which some accountants prefer.
Notes on your entries are never printed.
Dates, numbers, and currencies
Dates and numbers follow your computer's language and region settings. Paper size defaults to what your region prints on (A4 or US Letter) and can be switched.
If your records ever contain more than one currency, each currency gets its own section with its own totals. Different currencies are never added together, and trackmyprop does not convert between currencies.
The disclaimer
Every statement ends with a note that it was generated by you from your own records in trackmyprop. It is informational only — not an official statement from any prop firm, broker, or financial institution, not audited, and not tax advice.
