Certificates
Keep payout proofs, funded Challenge awards, and other trading certificates in one private local library.
Certificates is your local library for trading awards and proof images. A certificate can stand on its own, link to a payout, or link to the permanent Challenge that reached funded status.
Add a certificate
- Choose Add in the sidebar to open the shared Create modal. You can also press Command-K and choose Create.
- Search for or choose Certificate. Certificate setup continues inside the same Create surface.
- Pick the type:
- Payout for payout proof or recognition.
- Funded account for an award earned by completing a one-, two-, or three-step Challenge.
- Other for milestones and any other certificate.
- Leave the link as Not linked, or choose the matching payout or funded Challenge. Only stepped Challenges at the Funded stage are available, whether they are active or inactive. Instant-funded purchases are not listed because they are purchased rather than earned.
- Drop a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image onto the image area, or choose the area to browse. Images can be up to 10 MB.
- Choose Add certificate.
Linking is optional. It adds the firm, amount, date, or Challenge details from the selected record. The image remains a complete library item without a link.
Press Enter or Right Arrow to continue from a selected result. Choose the visible back action, press Left Arrow, or press Backspace to return to the previous Create step without losing your choices. Press Escape to close the complete Create journey.
You can still attach a payout certificate while logging or editing a payout in Transactions or from a challenge. That certificate appears in the same library and is linked to the payout automatically.
Instant-funded Challenges can still have payout certificates whenever they receive a payout.
Edit details or change a link
- Open an existing certificate from the Certificates gallery. Its detail dialog opens without starting a new Create journey.
- Choose Edit details.
- Change its type or linked record, then choose Save changes.
Changing details does not replace the stored image. Choose Not linked to keep the certificate while removing its association.
Browse and filter
The compact cards at the top show:
- Total certificates.
- Certificates linked to payouts.
- Certificates linked to funded Challenges.
- Certificates that are not linked.
- Images that need to be relinked.
You can filter the gallery by certificate type, link, or year. Clear filters restores the full library.
Replace, relink, export, or remove
Open a certificate to use its image actions:
- Export PNG saves the full-resolution image.
- Replace image swaps the image while keeping its certificate type and link.
- Relink image appears when the managed image is missing. Pick the file again to restore it.
- Remove deletes the stored certificate image from this computer. A linked payout or Challenge is not deleted.
The preview may tilt slightly with a mouse pointer. This is only a visual effect; all actions work with the keyboard and without pointer input, and reduced-motion settings keep the preview flat.
Where images are stored
trackmyprop copies each image into its own data folder on this computer. After adding it, you can move or delete the original file.
- Certificate images stay on this computer. They are not uploaded and are not part of cloud sync.
- Signing in on another computer does not bring certificate images across.
- Back up important certificates by exporting them or including the trackmyprop data folder in your computer backup.
- If a linked payout or Challenge is later removed—or the Challenge no longer has a funded outcome—the certificate stays in the library as Not linked.
- Removing a certificate—or uninstalling trackmyprop and deleting its data—deletes the managed image.
