Account security and active sessions
Review the devices signed in to your trackmyprop account and revoke a session you no longer recognize or use.
The Sessions page shows the devices currently signed in to your trackmyprop account. Use it to check where your account is active and sign out another device remotely.
Review active sessions
- Open Settings.
- Select Sessions.
- Review the device, platform, and last activity shown for each active session.
The app marks the session you are using as This device. That session cannot be revoked from its own row, which prevents an accidental sign-out while you are reviewing your devices.
Revoke another session
- Find the device you want to sign out.
- Select Revoke.
- Confirm Revoke in the dialog.
The device disappears from the list after trackmyprop confirms that its session was revoked. If it was an old or unrecognized device, change the password for the email account you use to sign in as an extra precaution.
If sessions do not load
- If trackmyprop says your sign-in expired, select Sign in again and complete the sign-in flow.
- If sessions are temporarily unavailable, check your connection and select Retry.
- If a revoked session is already gone, refresh the list to see the current devices.
Sign out this device
The current session is intentionally protected on the Sessions page. To sign out the device you are using, use Sign out from the account menu instead.
Signing out stops the local engine and every copier group until you sign in again. While live copier groups are copying, trackmyprop asks first (Stop copying and sign out), because open positions on followers are not managed while you are signed out.
trackmyprop clears the sign-in from this computer immediately. If the account service cannot also close the remote session, the app shows Signed out on this device. You are still signed out locally; sign in again later and review Sessions to remove any session that remains listed.
The account portal
The account portal at trackmyprop.app shows your plan and lets you manage it on Whop. Profile saves your display name and username. Security shows the session you are using on that browser; review and revoke your desktop sessions in the app.
Export your data
Open Settings → Access → Data export and choose Export all data to download a JSON copy of everything trackmyprop stores in the cloud for your account. The file uses the trackmyprop-export-v2 format: every cloud-synced record, grouped by type, plus any older records from before cloud sync.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. trackmyprop first checks whether deletion can go ahead:
- An active paid plan blocks deletion. Cancel it first; the dialog links to manage your plan on Whop.
- Live copying blocks deletion while any copier group is armed for live copying, or while any follower account of a copier group still holds open positions, including groups that are stopped or have that follower switched off. Turn the groups off and close those positions first, then choose Check again.
When nothing blocks it, the dialog lists what is deleted and what is kept:
- Deleted: your sign-in and sessions on every device; trades, accounts, challenges and journal synced to the cloud; AI connections and verification links.
- Kept: your broker accounts and their trading history at the broker; payment records the law requires us to keep; and this Mac's data, unless you erase it.
- Choose Email me a code. A one-time code arrives by email and works for 1 hour.
- Paste the code into Deletion code. Choose Send a new code if it expired; only the latest email's code works.
- Leave Erase this Mac's data too on (the default) to remove this Mac's local data as well, or turn it off to keep it.
- Choose Delete account.
Cloud sync pauses while the request runs. The app then signs out and shows a notice. Another computer that is still signed in is signed out on its next request.
A Whop payment or membership event that arrives after deletion never restores the account. If a payment went through after you deleted your account, contact support for a refund.
If erasing this Mac's data fails, quit trackmyprop and delete the trackmyprop folder in ~/Library/Application Support.
Control anonymous usage data
trackmyprop uses a small set of anonymous product events to understand which pages and workflows are useful. Session replay and automatic click tracking are off. Analytics never includes trades, P&L, Account IDs, journal notes, broker credentials, or imported files.
With it on, the desktop app also sends a copier health summary 10 minutes after it starts and then hourly. It holds only per-platform counts and timings (time not copying, missed entries, startup checks, time to Running, and copy speed) and no account, connection or group identifiers.
To turn this off:
- Open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Turn off Anonymous usage data.
The preference is stored on this computer and takes effect immediately.
