Share cards
Turn a stat, a trade or a P&L calendar into an image to post, and add a verification link when you want people to trust the numbers.
A share card turns a number you see in trackmyprop, such as a strong month, a payout or a single trade, into an image you can post anywhere. The image uses the numbers on the card at the moment you pick it.
Share a card
You can share cards from the Overview, the Trade journal, Trades → Monthly and the Economic Calendar.
- Choose the share button at the top right of the page. It appears only on pages with cards you can share.
- Cards you can share show a Share label; the rest dim. Pick one, or choose Cancel to stop.
- Style the image. The preview updates as you go.
- Choose Copy image, Save image or Share.
On the Trade journal you can share the headline stats, P&L Calendar, Evaluation, the daily P&L charts, track Score, Drawdown, the trade time and duration charts, the Equity graph, and performance by weekday, month and instrument.
track Score cannot be shared until it shows a score: it needs at least five trades, and accounts with different currencies must be viewed one at a time.
Share a single trade
- Find the trade in Recent Trades on the Trade journal, or in Journal → Trades.
- In the Actions column, choose the share button.
The card shows the symbol, direction, date, size, entry and exit, duration, and net P&L with commissions and fees noted. When the trade has a stop loss recorded, its R-multiple appears too. Only closed trades with a P&L can be shared.
Under Privacy, turn off any detail you want to keep to yourself:
- Position size
- Entry and exit prices
- Net P&L, which also hides the fees and the R-multiple
- Account name
Account name starts off every time, and the other switches start on. Your choices are never carried over to the next share.
Share a monthly P&L calendar
- Open Journal → Trades → Monthly and go to the month you want.
- Choose the share button and pick the P&L calendar.
- Style and export it like any other card.
You can also share the P&L Calendar on the Trade journal.
Each trading day shows its net P&L and number of trades, tinted green for a winning day and red for a losing day. Plus and minus signs are always shown, so the result reads without color. A summary strip adds up trades, win rate, and winning and losing days. Win rate leaves out breakeven trades and shows — when the month has no winning or losing trade.
The calendar uses the same accounts, symbol filter and time zone as the Monthly view. A month with no trades still exports, showing No trades this month.
Style the image
| Option | Choices |
|---|---|
| Format | Square (1:1), Portrait (4:5), Story (9:16) or Wide (16:9). Pick the shape that suits where you post. |
| Resolution | Three pixel sizes per format. The middle one suits most feeds. |
| Theme | Twelve backgrounds, from Paper and Ink to Aurora and Dusk. |
| Pattern | A light texture behind the card, such as Ledger, Grid or Dots, or Plain. |
| Card | The card's color: White, Bone, Ink, Midnight, or Clear, Frosted or Smoked glass. |
| Caption | One line in your own words, up to 80 characters, such as "Funded in 12 days". |
| Promo code | An optional code shown beside your profile. |
| QR link | A QR code for any web link. Offered only on cards that cannot carry a verification link. |
| Profile | Signs the image with your display name and photo. |
| Brand mark | Shows or hides the trackmyprop logo. |
trackmyprop remembers your format, resolution, theme, pattern, card, profile and brand mark choices for next time. Caption, Promo code and QR link start empty with every share.
Add a verification link
An image can be edited after you post it. A verification link publishes a fixed copy of exactly what your card says on a public trackmyprop page, and adds a QR code to the image that opens it. Nothing is public until you publish.
Cards that show numbers can carry a verification link: the headline stats, trade cards, the daily P&L, Drawdown and Equity graph charts, and the Overview cards. The public page shows the numbers but not the chart line. Calendars, bar charts, track Score and Evaluation are image-only.
Start publishing
Under Verification, choose Publish verification link….
Check what becomes public
The list shows every field anyone with the link will see. Details you hid under Privacy stay hidden.
Choose how long it lasts
Pick Never expires, or Expires after 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
Publish
Choose Publish publicly. The QR code is added to the image, and the link appears under Verification with a button to copy it.
To take a link down, choose Revoke link. The public page stops showing your card straight away, and that link never works again. Publish the card again when you want a new one. Your account can have up to 200 active verification links.
If the card's numbers change after you publish, trackmyprop leaves the QR code off new exports and offers Republish or Revoke.
The public page says the card was Published via trackmyprop and when. It does not claim that trackmyprop, a broker or a prop firm audited the result.
Old share links that start with trackmyprop.app/s/ no longer work and show "This share link has been retired." Verification links start with trackmyprop.app/verify/.
If a verification link does not work
You see Couldn't publish the verification link or Verification links are temporarily unavailable. Your image stays private. Choose Try again in a moment. You can still copy, save or share the image without a link.
The address does not match a published card. Scan the QR code again, or copy the link from Verification on the original card. A shortened or cropped link cannot be recovered. If a link you just published shows this, try once more, then use Report this page on the public page.
The link was set to expire, or you revoked it. Open the card and publish it again to get a new link.
The public page could not load the card. Wait a moment and reload it. Your saved images are not affected.
