Overview
Choose the widgets on your Overview, arrange and resize them, and read the Performance and Activity cards.
Overview is your home page: performance, challenges, accounts, recent trades and notes on one screen. Press ⌘1 to open it from anywhere. You decide which widgets it shows and how they are laid out.
Add widgets
- Open Overview and choose Customize overview in the page header.
- Choose Add widgets to open the widget library.
- Search, or pick a category: Performance, Challenges, Trading, Journal or Markets.
- Choose Add beside a widget. Widgets already on your Overview show Added.
- Close the library, arrange your widgets, then choose Done customizing.
Each widget can appear once. The library includes:
| Category | Widgets |
|---|---|
| Performance | Performance, ROI progression, Calendar, Payouts, Expenses, Total invested, Total payouts, Net result, Cost recovery |
| Challenges | Pinned challenges, Challenges, Active challenges, Funded accounts, Pass rate, In evaluation, Funded, Challenge outcomes |
| Trading | Connections, Trading accounts, Recent trades, Activity |
| Journal | Notes |
| Markets | Economic calendar |
Arrange and resize
Widgets sit in rows that span the full width, and every widget in a row has the same height. While customizing:
- Move a widget: drag it into a row to share that row, or onto a row's top or bottom edge to give it a row of its own. A row holds up to four widgets. A full row shows Row is full.
- Change its width: drag the divider between two widgets.
- Change the row height: drag the row's bottom edge, or choose Size → Row height and pick Small, Compact, Standard or Tall. A row only offers heights that fit every widget in it.
- Remove a widget: choose Size → Remove widget. This changes only your layout, never your trading data.
To move Pinned challenges, drag it by its handle so its cards stay clickable.
You can also use the keyboard. Focus a widget's move control, then use ← → to move it within its row, ↑ ↓ to move it to another row, ⇧ with an arrow to resize, and Delete to remove it. Esc cancels a drag or resize.
On a narrow window, rows that run out of space wrap onto more lines. Your layout comes back when there is room again.
Undo, reset and saving
- Undo layout change and Redo layout change in the header step through your recent changes.
- To start over, choose More layout options → Reset layout…, then confirm. This restores the default widgets and sizes. You can undo the reset.
Changes save on their own. The header shows Saving…, then Saved. If it shows Not saved, choose Retry saving layout. Your layout stays on screen while you retry.
Read the Performance card
The Performance widget switches between ROI, Net and Pass rate. The small line under the number shows your net result over time.
Money totals follow the period selected in the sidebar:
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Invested | Challenge fees and expenses you recorded |
| Payouts | Payouts you received |
| Net | Payouts minus invested |
| ROI | Net divided by invested, as a percentage |
Choose any figure on the card to see what it includes. Expenses that are not linked to a challenge are left out of ROI and Net, and the ROI explanation says so.
Challenge counts use your full challenge history, whatever the period. Pass rate is the share of finished evaluations that reached funded, the same rule as Prop Firm Journey → Analytics. A funded account you later breached still counts as a pass. Evaluations still in progress and instant-funding challenges are left out. With nothing finished yet, the card says No resolved challenges yet.
Read the Activity card
The Activity widget counts your Trades, Notes and Other records (accounts, transactions and connections). Choose 8w, 16w or All for the last eight weeks, sixteen weeks or your whole history.
Darker color means more activity within that category. Each row has its own scale, so compare categories by their numbers. Select a period to see its totals and active days, and choose Clear week or Clear period to go back. View activity opens the full Activity page.
Missing or unknown values
Widgets never show an unknown value as zero:
- An account with an unknown balance shows a dash.
- Win rate shows a dash when a period has no winning or losing trade.
- Recent trades shows a trade that is still in its quote currency in that currency, labelled unconverted, and leaves it out of totals.
If a widget's data cannot load, the widget says so. Open its page from the widget's footer to try again.
